FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS + SHIPPING & RETURNS INFORMATION

How do I order?
Simply add your items to the shopping cart, then register and checkout!  We accept Visa, Mastercard & Paypal payments.  All transactions are securely processed via Paypal.

Do you accept orders from outside of Australia?
We currently only service customers within Australia, however, we encourage International sales enquiries via email to shop@dolphinsurf.com.au

When will I receive my order?

You can expect to receive your order within 5 business days.
All orders are sent by Australia Post or a selected courier at the discretion of Dolphin Surf Craft Pty Ltd. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1 business day of receiving the order.

What happens if there is an error with my order when I receive it?
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us immediately.  We are available during normal business hours Monday to Friday  so feel free to call us on 0755 76 7022 or email shop@dolphinsurf.com.au.

We are dedicated to providing quality products and great service. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the item/s you have purchased, please email shop@dolphinsurf.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order and we will happily arrange to exchange or refund your item/s.
